Refund/Cancellation Policy
For all services except the “tele-consulting” package (which requires a full and non-refundable up-front charge) a deposit of 50% of the total service costs is collected prior to a coaching visit. For on-site service packages the full fee is not charged until after completion of a package term. Any customer changes in scheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled visit. Deposits are non-refundable and refunds for coaching packages will only be considered if Construction Coaches is notified within 5-days of a scheduled work session, in writing, of work either not having been fully performed or not performed in an appropriate manner. In such instances, the Company will evaluate the claim to assess whether a refund is appropriate.
